Quality Requirements For Bottle Caps

(1) Appearance of bottle cap: full molding, complete structure, no obvious shrinkage, bubble, burr, defect, uniform color, and no damage to the anti-theft ring connecting bridge. The inner cushion shall be flat without eccentricity, damage, impurities, overflow and warpage;
⑵ Opening torque: the maximum torque required to open the sealed anti-theft cover; The opening torque is between 0.6N. m and 2.2N. m;
(3) Breaking torque: the maximum torque required for twisting the anti-theft ring, and the breaking torque is not more than 2.2N. m;
(4) Sealing performance: the cap of the airless beverage bottle will not leak at 200kpa, and will not come off at 350kpa; The cap of the aerated beverage bottle is 690 kpa air tight, and 1207 kpa cap is not off; (New standard)

(5) Thermal stability: no burst, deformation, inversion and air leakage (no liquid leakage);
(6) Drop performance: no liquid leakage, no cracking and no flying off.
(7) Grease spilling performance of the gasket: after the clean bottle is filled with distilled water and sealed with a bottle cap, it is placed laterally in a 42 ℃ incubator for 48 hours, and the liquid level in the bottle is observed every 24 hours from the time of placement to see if there is any grease. If there is any grease, the test is terminated.
(8) Leakage (air leakage) angle: draw a straight line between the bottle cap and the bottle mouth support ring for the sealed sample. Slowly rotate the cap counterclockwise until air or liquid leakage occurs, and stop immediately. Measure the angle between the cap marking and the support ring. (The national standard requires safe opening performance. The original standard requires less than 120 °. Now it is changed to completely unscrew the bottle cap without flying off.)
(9) Ring breaking angle: draw a straight line between the bottle cap and the mouth support ring for the sealed sample. Slowly rotate the bottle cap anticlockwise. Stop immediately when the anti-theft ring of the bottle cap is broken. Measure the angle between the cap marking and the support ring.
